This signature roast features a carefully curated blend of our highest-impact beans, subjected to a slower, more prolonged roast which brings the beans to the point at which acidity is at its lowest, most sugars caramelize, and body and roast flavors typically peak. It is a full bodied, roast-driven profile designed for strong, bold roast lovers.
